I’m a 26-year-old dude looking to join a flat, and I think I’d be a great addition to your place!
A bit about me: I work at the local Four Square and will be there until the end of March. Outside of work, I like to stay active—whether it’s hitting the gym, going for runs, or exploring the outdoors. I’m pretty social and enjoy connecting with people over a coffee, shared meals, or a chill night in. At the same time, I completely understand the value of personal space and downtime, so I’m happy to keep to myself when needed.
When it comes to flat life, I’m tidy, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I make an effort to clean up after myself and keep the vibe comfortable for everyone. I’m also considerate of others’ schedules, whether that’s being mindful of noise or just being a good team player in general.
