We have bedroom available in our house.

The house is a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms located in a prime location with walkways and some local amenities within walking distance. The train station are well within a 2-3 minute drive.

Summer (August - April) $240 per week Winter (May - July) $255 per week

Rent covers (standard usage) power, water, Gas and internet

You will be sharing the bathroom, Fridge and pantry with two other flat mates (Male & Female couple) and houseguests.

We have cats and a dog. so No pets or smokers.

Existing Flat mates. Two Couples (4 People Two males and Two females). in there 20s. we all like our quiet time with occasionally getting together on the weekend for a BBQ and bored games.
