Newly renovated sleepout room for rent available in spacious 5 bedroom house in Sunnybrook/Pukehangi. The house is a 5 minute drive to town.

We are looking for a working professional who will be living with 2 females and a male; two health professionals, and a working professional aged 28-30.

Rent per week is $190. Bills per week are a fixed price of $35 which includes internet, power, and gas (can clarify further if wanted).

Two weeks bond and one week rent in advance. No children or other pets as we have two 1-year-old cats.

We are a quiet, friendly home and enjoy outdoor activities. We are a non smoking/vaping household and would look for someone similar. We have two 1-year-old cats.

We would like people interested in 6 months or more, with the potential for it to become long-term.
