Hey everyone! We have a sleep-out available that we were looking for people to move into at our student flat. Its on a nice street that is a 10-minute walk to supermarkets, dominos ect. The kitchen inside the main house is decently large with lots of storage plus a dining/living room. All communal spaces are fully furnished. We’d be looking for a couple to move into the sleep-out outside. Rent is $320 (excluding utilities). It’s a private building with its own bathroom and lots of room for desks, couches and storage as the room is very large. We are a mix of female vet student; early - late 20’s and all studying. We’re not a party flat and are ideally looking for nice, quiet and tidy students to come join us! You’d also be living with a dog who’s a little crazy but amazing to cuddle after a test.
