Our house is located conveniently in front of St Lukes Mall and is walking distance to gyms, petrol stations, bus stations, dairies and restaurants. 3-5 minute drive from motorway or 10 minute bus to the city.
Electricity, water and wifi included (power within reasonable use). Move-in cost: 1 week advance rent + 2 weeks bond.
You will be sharing the kitchen and a toilet in the main house. We also have a friendly pet Labrador called Maya too. Summers especially are fun here as we have a big yard and enjoy an occasional outdoor BBQ.
We can also give you a parking spot on our driveway if you have a reasonable sized vehicle. Otherwise on-street parking is available.
Our home is not a party house and we we are looking for someone clean and like minded.
All housemates are working on weekdays and prefers to chill during weekends. We like having a BBQ from time to time because we have a nice big backyard. 😊
