Hi all. We have a double room in Albany available now. 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house with 3 females and 1 male in their 30s and 40s, and 2 lovely cats, so sorry, no more pets allowed. Sunny furnished house with pool, spa, gardens, gas cooking, modern bathroom and large entertaining areas. Hoping for someone friendly, tidy, helpful and pays rent on time. Rent is 250 inclusive of bills. House cleaning, gardens, and lawns are shared tasks. 3 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance required. Room can be fully furnished or unfurnished, has double wardrobe, and there’s storage space in garage. 1 off street park may be possible and there’s easy on street parking. Really quiet house and neighbourhood. Super close to Massey Uni, Albany mall and bus way, motorways, parks and Lucas creek

Liz/Lizzie is a shift working nurse at auckland hospital, loves traveling, socializing out and about, and healthy living. Penny works in retail and often has early starts, tends to chill in their bedroom vs shared areas, but is friendly. Ali is a barber and works Wed thru Sunday and enjoys cooking. He’s friendly and socialable. Mel is on medical leave. She has Gorgeous the cat, who is elderly and cuddly. Keen to do some shared dinners and likes kayaking, SUP, beach visits and walking.
