Room for rent in Mount Eden. Just a 5 minute walk from Mt Eden village with lots of cafes, bars & shops.
The house is 3.5 bedroom. we have a large living/kitchen area, a garden, car port & laundry room.
We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy & respectful. (preferably female). We like socialising as a flat and also respecting each others alone time.

Rent per week - $275 Bills per week - $30 Bond - $870 2 weeks rent up front

About the roomies
You will be living with 2 other flatties. Gemma (Female,32yo from Scotland) & Ellis (Male, 25yo from England). We both work full time jobs. We are both very chill. In the evenings after work we mostly just chill at home. On the weekends we may be out and about catching up with friends or chilling at home. I also have 2 indoor cats. Unfortunatly, we are unable to have any more pets in the house.
