About the room
hey guys, I’m looking for a single ($290) or a couple ($340) to take over my room towards the end of June.
The room is located in Mount cook and is a 5 minute walk from Cuba street 💕 (super central)
You will have one of the largest rooms in the flat and your very own balcony at the top story. Current flatmates are two lovely guys you’ll be sure to get along with 🙂.
The flat has two toilets with one bathroom, a washing machine and dryer and comes fully furnished you just need to bring your own furniture for the room 🙂
Bond is $800 with bills split evenly at the end of each month
(Very sorry but no pets allowed 😞 )
