Super convenient location - less than a minutes’ walk from the Karori Supermarkets, Doctors, Vet, and no.2 Bus line.

Couples are welcome, but would be a slightly higher rate ($300) for the room! Two bathrooms with a separated toilet. Bond is 2 weeks rent, and the rent is paid in advance every fortnight.

House is a 1970s villa with recently refreshed insulation and heat pump. Landlord will be doing further refreshing work after winter, with the intention to retrofit the kitchen later down the line.

Bills are not included in the rent, and cover Power/Gas, Internet, Trash, and Garden. Power and Gas usage obviously vary and will determine the monthly price.

The room itself is a very decent size, and has more than enough space for an array of furniture as well as the bed.

A second smaller room is available at a reduced rate ($225).

Pets are all good, but the property’s fences would not suit a larger dog without a leash - they’ll be able to jump the front fence. Medium sized dogs or cats however would be fine.

I’m a professional public servant who is graced with introverted tendencies. I love to catch up and be social, but defo need my own time and space to recharge. I’m a fan of games, both of the tabletop and video variety, and am entering my career growth era where professional development is becoming a big focus. I’m pretty relaxed and take a pragmatic stance on most things, and want to have the most equitable relationship with my flatmates as I can!

I tend to keep later hours, but do my best to remain quiet if it’s in the evening. I’m also pretty big on communication, so if you ever want to raise anything with me feel free to chat!
