Frame Street

Looking to share our cozy 3 bedroom house in the North East Valley. Walking distance to New World grocery store, universities, and the botanical gardens. Bedrooms are spacious with some furnishings available, and the rest of the house is furnished. The kitchen is newly renovated, and heat is provided through a centrally-located heat-pump. There is also a big private backyard and garden area. Power, internet, and hot water bills are split between us all. Couples welcome, but the price of the room will increase a bit. You will be living with a couple, I am a graduate student at the University of Otago and my partner Scott works full time in the city. We recently moved here from Canada, and are tidy, quiet, and easy going people. We can keep to ourselves, but also love to chat and meet new people.
