Amber's room

Hey, I am looking for 1 awesome flattie to fill a room I have available in a townhouse in Newlands. Looking for friendly peeps, who are house proud, up for game nights or the odd flat dinner or movie night. Area has lots of great walking tracks around and Mt Kaukau close by for a sunset walk.

You would be sharing with myself Amber 33 working as a design consultant and my wee tabby cat Honey and Claire 30 from the U.K working in healthcare.

• Rent bed 2: $220pw + expenses. Room fits a queen bed & chest of drawers or desk. Has a built in wardrobe. Would only be sharing the main bathroom with myself.

About the house:

• Double glazed
• Living, dining and courtyard get all day sun.
• No exit street so very private and safe.
• Johnsonville train station 15 min walk
• Bus stop 3 min walk on #1 bus route, quick bus ride into city
• Vege garden if you want to grow your own veggies

No smokers.

I love the outdoors, walking, camping, board game nights (love a game of articulate) or cards, music and an espresso martini always goes down a treat.

Honey loves neck scratches, chasing her toys and her food. She is a very affectionate wee girl and will give you plenty of snuggles if you wish.

Claire loves running, bike rides and the outdoors.
