We are looking for someone to move into our spacious apartment at 26 Aroha - an award winning apartment complex with a focus on sustainable community living.

Some of the unique features of the building- shared roof hub, BBQ, coffee machine, pizza oven, vegetable garden, secure bike storage, EV available to hire and affordable guest unit.

There are 13 apartments and we know all of our neighbours! Sometimes we have a pizza night or watch a movie together upstairs. We all look out for each other and it is a safe place to live.

Our landlords are committed to making this a place that feels like home and we think they have done a great job. There is a lot of info about the building online if you’d like to know more about it :)

You can engage as little or much as you want in the social vibes of the building, and with us - two private, friendly, creative professional flatmates (in our 30s).

In our apartment we have a spacious and cosy lounge, kitchen, large balcony, lots of plants, art, and big windows that let in a lot of light.

Your room is the master bedroom, it has a huge built-in wardrobe with sliding doors and a big Velux window. There is plenty of space if you want to WFH, we have fast and reliable internet.

The area is super handy to the city - fully connected with public transport (street parking as well) and close to St Luke’s mall (has perks).

RENT: $350/week BOND: $1080 EXPENSES: split monthly (Wifi, Power, Water) usually around $10-15 per week each!
