1920s house with plenty of character and beautiful harbour views. Great location that is close to city as well as the Mt Victoria greenbelt and Oriental Bay beach/waterfront. Lounge with all day sun and views. Separate dining room and kitchen. Main bathroom only shared with one other flatmate and separate laundry. All common areas are fully furnished.
There is an outdoor dining area and garden terrace with all-day sun and harbour views. Great in summer time!
Easy 15min walk or 5min bus commute into town. There is a shed for bike storage too.
