You will have your own double room, unfurnished in a 3 bedroom/1bathroom home. Rest of the house is furnished. Brand new kitchen with dishwasher and lots of space. Bathroom and laundry combined. Tinted double glazed windows, with excellent quality curtains. Back deck for entertainment Large back yard, with plenty of off-street parking. No garage though, so can’t store anything at the property. Close to subdivision. Elgin shopping centre around the corner. Beaches around the corner.
