Quite area and close to nice walkway. Woolworths 10 min walk from the home. 2 Pak’nsave 15-20min walk (Lincoln road and Alderman drive Henderson). Short walk to bus stop on Te Atatu Road. Close to trust arena. Open field at the back of the complex. Shared bathroom with one other person. Will have space in the vanity and drawer under sink to keep some of your stuff. Not a party house. The bed room have a single bed and build in wardrobe. The bedroom is upstairs downstairs is a open plan living space and kitchen. Have a little back yard.

Only one other person in their late 30s. Quite and private but friendly. Watch way to much tv show and movie. So welcome to watch along.
