Looking for someone to sublease my room while I’m overseas for 3 weeks. The room will be available from 19th December 2024 until 9th January 2025 (flexible). We are a flat of all girls. So, we are looking for another female to join us. It is a large room with good ventilation and sunlight penetration.

💰Rent: $210 per week (including Wifi and electricity). One week’s rent ($210) is required in advance, with two weeks’ rent ($420) payable on the move-in day. 🏠 Location: Grey Lynn, Auckland 🚌 Transport: 3-minute walk to a bus stop to get to Auckland City Centre, 10-minute walk to Farro and Woolworths Grey Lynn and a couple of minute walk to Grey Lynn restaurants and coffee shops. 🛏️ 🪑 Furnishings in room: Bed, mattress, large walk-in wardrobe, shelves, desk, chair and desk lamp. 🛁 🍳 Furnishings in common areas: Shared cooking utensils in the kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. You will share a fridge, a toilet and a bathroom with 1 other flatmate.
