Waitati Place

The flat is a nice upstairs property above a family within a small street containing a diverse range of people. Grocery shopping is made easy by the proximity to the Mt Albert Pak’nSave (<10 min walk), and travelling is made easy with a short walk to the bus routes 22N/22R, which will take you directly into the CBD (30 - 40 mins) or a short walk will take you to the Western train line. The property is surrounded by a few reserves, making the nights quiet and calm.

The room is medium size and cheaper than the larger room. There is enough room to fit a small desk when a double bed is inside, but much more would be able to fit into the room for anyone with a single bed. The room will be unfurnished for any new tenants, but it includes a large wardrobe built into the room.

My flatmate and I are both 21 year old males in our forth and final years of university. We’re very friendly and welcoming of all people. We spend most of our time on campus studying and chilling out at night typically by ourselves.
