About the room

The room is on the ground floor near separate shower and toilet. Will be shared with a female tenant. With king single bed, bedside table and closet. You will have a small fridge and freezer separately as the main fridge is shared by current tenants.

About the roomies

The other tenants are upstairs and works in healthcare. Works rostered shifts that might come home late 11pm. We have a fox terrier that is super friendly and don’t make unnecessary noises. Prefers Asian but not exclusively as current tenants are from Philippines and Singapore. Mostly laid back and shares good conversation over foods or/with movie. We respect each other’s privacy and space as needed.
