Currently we are just 2 flatmates, both 18 one Male and one Female. We are both first year students at Otago University, one studying engineering, the other studying accounting. We are both tidy and studious people, and are welcoming to anyone. Although we would prefer flatmates around the age 18 to 20. PS, there is a bond of 720$ to be paid (4 weeks worth of rent) on the 1st of January, which is also when rent has to begin being paid. At that point neither one of us are going to be living in the home since we are both school leavers from the north island. We will still be paying rent during this time, but won’t be actually moving in until February.
