You’ll be living with three laid back yo pros (2 guys, 1 girl) who are always keen for a chat and a social occasion. The flat itself has a decent lounge area, dining and kitchen with 2 full bathrooms and a guest toilet. There is also a small outdoor patio/garden area that’s great for a BBQ, a garden or the likes.

There is off street parking available starting at $15 per week for and unsheltered spot and $25-30pw for a sheltered spot if needed. AND on street residents parking through the council!

The lease runs until late January next year and move in date can be arranged for anytime in February as the room is available now.
